Terms and Conditions Anytime Auslan

 

Minimum Charges

Anytime Auslan applies a minimum charge of 2 hours to every bookingWeekends, Public Holidays and After-Hours bookings have a minimum fee of 2.5 hours. Travel expenses will be fully reimbursed if the interpreter travelled more than 30km from their previous booking.

 

Cancellations

All bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the start time will be charged the full cost of the booking. Public holidays and weekends are not counted in this 48-hour period. If you wish to cancel a booking, please contact our team via email at [email protected], and provide the date and time of the booking.

 

No Show

If it is established that the Deaf participant has not communicated any reason for being late, and 30 minutes have passed since the start time, the interpreter can consider the booking as a “NO SHOW” and will receive full payment.

 

Co-interpreters

The number of interpreters required is determined on a case-by-case basis, using discretion and considering factors such as length of appointment, speed and content of interpretation, number of scheduled breaks, and number of Deaf and hearing participants.

 

Unable to Service

No fee is charged for a cancellation by Anytime Auslan when an interpreter booking has not been fulfilled.
